Topological Souls vol. 1

This zine is a set of mapping mini-games that explore our relationship with  geography and story.  Each game uses an oracle deck and sometimes dice or token to explore a particular kind of mapping project. Each game can be played by one or more players. 

The Games in this zine are: 

• Out of Bounds: A game about mapping the world outside of ours inspired by the out of bounds areas in video games. 
• Layer on Layer: A game about mapping the world as change over time inspired by historical maps. Layer on Layer comes with 4 variations on play. 
• Speed Strat: A game about mapping a story as a series of paths inspired by speed running. 
• Map Heart: A Character creation tool about mapping the places your character has touched. Map Heart comes with 4 variations on play. 

This zine also includes 2 micro-geography games. 

Out of Bounds and the base game of Layer on Layer are available for free in unformatted versions. 

The whole zine,  in both formatted pdf and unformatted txt file, is available for 7 dollars.
